Training Business Manager - Rockhampton Qld

This role will see you managing all aspects of the SEE program (Skills for Education and Employment) to ensure success and meet contract requirements for the region.

n

You will mentor and support staff and deliver compliant training services while being supported by a very experienced and inclusive Senior Management team.

n

The opportunity

- Lead and manage a region with a strong SEE presence
n
- Put your relationship skills to good use working with referral agencies, employers and community associations to increase participation
n
- Management of staff to support them and ensure success in their roles
n
- Ensure effective utilisation of trainers, classrooms and class scheduling to maximise our offering through the region
n

About you

n

n
- Proven experience in managing teams to drive positive results and meet budget requirements. Experience in the education/training sector is preferred, but not compulsory
n
- A minimum of 3-5 years of team management experience is required
n
- Review, manage and be accountable for KPI's and the plan for your region
n
- Experience and ability to empower,



engage and support your team across multiple locations by building effective and positive working relationships
n
- Have a strong grasp on business development and the ability to drive KPI's to achieve desired outcomes
n
- Exposure to business development experience is required
n
- Knowledge of government training contracts and compliance requirements would be advantageous
n
- A Working with Children Check is required before commencement of employment.
