Randstad Sourceright is proud to be partnering with and working alongside a leading FMCG company headquartered in Docklands, Melbourne. This company has multiple manufacturing sites across Australia alongside many well known household brands/products.

They are seeking a number of Customer Service Officers to join the team - full training provided.

n

Role: Customer Service Representative

n

Location: Hybrid

n

Job Type: Contract - initial 6 Months(ongoing - with a view to extend) - Working Holiday Visas welcome!

n

Hours: Weekly rotating roster between 7am - 6.30pm (7.6hrs per day), Mon - Sat (must be able to commit to one Saturday a month)

n

Rate: $38.89ph + super (plus overtime rates)

n

Responsibilities:

n

n
- Manage incoming customer enquiries over the phone through an automated dialer.
n
- Complex problem solving and delivering customer solutions within SLA's.
n
- Have skilled, concise and accurate communication with customers whilst building relationships.
n
- Receives and processes customer orders,



enquiries and/or complaints covering items or products ordered.
n
- Engaging in courageous conversations, escalating when necessary and knowing when to push back.
n
- Maintains an ongoing relationship with selected customers and sales staff.
n
- Analysis, judgment, and sensitivity to customer needs and demonstration of high-level product and process knowledge.
n

Experience:

n

n
- Customer Service Background - experience working in a call centre, working towards KPIs and with an automated dialer is advantageous.
n
- Ability to problem solving solve and think on your feet.
n
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, speaking and listening.
n
- Ability to work on different systems at one time - SAP/CRM experience is advantageous.
n
- Experience in food manufacturing is advantageous but not essential.
n
