Stepping Out Podiatry has been serving the Sunshine Coast for over 24 years and is seeking a podiatrist with 1–5 years of experience, who is passionate about improving their diagnostic, rehabilitation and patient management skills.

n

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys asking why a condition is occurring, not just treating symptoms.

n

Working alongside experienced clinicians, you'll gain hands-on experience using:

n

Medilogic in-shoe pressure analysis

n

VALD ForceFrame muscle strength testing

n

Shockwave therapy

n

Gait assessment and gait retraining

n

Foot strengthening rehabilitation programming

n

Trail running footwear fitting and sales

n

About You - Team member alignment

n

You are 1–5 years into your podiatry career

n

Motivated to strengthen your diagnostic and clinical reasoning skills

n

Keen interest in rehabilitation,



biomechanics and evidence-based care

n

Strong values in team commitment, collaboration and patient service

n

Motivated to improve yourself in patient communication and rapport

n
