We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Grounds and Maintenance Officer to join our team on a permanent basis at our well-maintained and picturesque facility. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys keeping outdoor areas and facilities in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lawn care, including mowing and edging
n
- Trimming, hedging, and pruning of plants and trees
n
- General garden upkeep and presentation
n
- Planting, mulching, and seasonal garden maintenance
n
- General maintenance and repairs across the site
n
- Pool cleaning and routine pool maintenance
n
- Rubbish and debris removal to maintain cleanliness and safety
n
n
About You:
n
n
- Previous experience in grounds or general maintenance is highly regarded
n
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
n
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Physically fit and capable of performing outdoor tasks in all weather conditions
n
- Good communication skills and a professional, positive approach
n
- Manual driver's license is essential
n
