We're looking for an experienced Digital Cutting Operator to join our Production Team. Whether your experience is with Zünd, Kongsberg, Esko or other CNC/digital cutting systems, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

n

As our Digital Cutting Operator, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining our digital cutting equipment to produce high-quality finished products across a wide variety of signage and display materials.

n

Working closely with our Prepress, Print and Production teams, you'll ensure jobs are completed accurately, efficiently and on schedule while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

n

Your Responsibilities

n

You will be responsible for:

n

n
- Loading, setting up and running cutting jobs
n
- Selecting and monitoring cutting tools for optimum performance
n
- Managing production workflow to maximise efficiency
n
- Preparing and loading materials accurately
n
- Inspecting finished work to ensure exceptional quality
n
- Troubleshooting machine, tooling and material issues
n




- Performing routine machine cleaning and preventative maintenance
n
- Working collaboratively with the Prepress and Production teams
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work setting
n
- Recording production time accurately for job costing
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role you'll ideally have:

n

n
- Experience within the signage, print or manufacturing industry
n
- Strong mechanical aptitude
n
- Excellent attention to detail
n
- The ability to read and interpret production specifications
n
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
n
- The ability to prioritise work and meet production deadlines
n
- A commitment to workplace safety
n

n

Experience with Zünd Cut Centre (ZCC) is highly regarded but not essential. Training will be provided to the right candidate with relevant industry experience.
