About the Role

n

You'll be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive breakdowns and fault-finding across a wide range of commercial HVAC systems.

n

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

n

n
- Planned preventative maintenance and servicing of commercial HVAC systems
n
- Reactive breakdowns, diagnostics and fault-finding
n
- Repair and maintenance of:n n
- Package Units
n
- Split Systems
n
- VRV / VRF Systems
n
- Air Handling Units (AHUs)
n




- Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
n
- Pumps and associated mechanical plant
n

n
- Identify defects and provide recommendations for repairs and upgrade works
n
- Complete service reports and compliance documentation
n
- Liaise with supervisors, service coordinators and building management
n
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining long-term client relationships
n
- Work independently while contributing to a collaborative service team
n

n

About You

n

You'll be a qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in your workmanship and wants to be part of a company that genuinely growing.

n

Essential Requirements

n

n
- Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
n
- Current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
n
- Restricted Electrical Licence
n
- Commercial HVAC service experience
n
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability
n
- Able to work autonomously and manage your own schedule
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Current Driver's Licence
n
- Ability to pass a Police Check and pre-employment medical
n
