Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Migration / Warehouse Project Manager with 10+ years of hands‐on experience in delivering DM/DW/BI solutions, with Strong ETL/DW background & knowledge of Analytics tools and Cloud based technologies responsible for end‐to‐end project delivery. Domain experience in Health Insurance industry strongly preferred.

The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills to ensure the productive and effective delivery of data solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Plan, execute, and oversee data migration/ reporting/ warehouse projects using established project management methodologies. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
n
- Perform management activities from gathering technical data requirements and designing solutions, through developing code/ reports, to testing and release/ deployment.
n
- Manage end-to-end data migration project, ensuring accurate, secure, and efficient transfer of data across legacy and modern systems.
n
- Manage system integrations and oversee master data governance to maintain data consistency and integrity across platforms.
n
- Collaborate with end users, project stakeholders, and support partners to identify needs, goals, and business models around regulatory and compliance reporting
n
- Build data pipelines and modern ways of automating data using cloud-based technologies.
n
- Data architecture management design, data modeling, and physical database design and tuning.
n
- Design and implementation of ETL processes across multiple platforms.
n




- Recognize business requirements in the context of BI and create data models to transform raw data into relevant insights and data into reporting and analytics solutions.
n
- Design, develop, test, deploy, operate, and maintain pipelines that flow streaming and batch data.
n
- Managing models, tests, macros, analysis, Docs, end-to-end data transformation workflows using SQL using DBT.
n
- Understand business requirements to set functional specifications for reporting applications.
n
- Design and implementation of data analytics solution.
n
- Analyze current ETL procedures to define and create new systems.
n

Qualifications

n

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant Data warehousing , reporting technical certifications is a plus.

Experience

n

n
- 10-12+ years of experience with Data Migration/ Data Warehousing and BI solutions.
n
- Excellent communication skills and experience in leading onsite and offshore teams and managing deliveries with multiple stakeholders.
n
- Understanding of data migration and data warehousing concepts, clear understanding of ETL concepts, and mandatory experience on Data migration, data reporting and data warehousing.
n
- Experience on both Streaming and batch of Stream Sets, data collector and transformer, configure pipelines, and populate data in different databases.
n
- Experience in working with data related software like SQL Server, SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services), IBM Informix, etc.
n
- Experience in a role performing data warehouse and analytics solution design and development using a variety of techniques.
n
- Background with BI tools and systems such as Power BI, Tableau.
n

Please Note: This role requires you to work from the office (Sydney CBD) 3 days a week
