Job Description

Shona Joy is looking for a highly organised, detail-driven eCommerce Executive to join our growing eCommerce & Digital team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about fashion, digital retail, online trading, SEO and customer experience, looking to play a hands-on role in supporting the day-to-day execution of our local and global online business.

n

Working closely with the Head of eCommerce & Digital, you'll help deliver a premium online experience across website trading, product launches, merchandising, content management, SEO and digital operations.

n

What you'll be doing:

n

Website Trading, Launches & Sales

n

n
- Execute product launches, campaigns, promotions and sale events
n
- Manage homepage updates, navigation, collections, merchandising and onsite content
n
- Support launch planning, promotional setup, markdowns and trading execution
n
- Upload and maintain products within Shopify
n
- Manage product data including descriptions, pricing, imagery, swatches, tagging, siblings and styling information
n
- Execute collections, filters, search optimisation and onsite merchandising
n
- Support SEO execution including product copy, metadata, alt tags and content optimisation aligned with SEO strategy
n
- Monitor search functionality, customer discoverability and organic search opportunities
n

Content, Imagery & Website Operations

n

n




- Coordinate eCommerce imagery, shoots, ghosting, videos and content workflows
n
- Manage digital assets, uploads, image organisation and website content updates
n
- Maintain the eCommerce calendar and support ongoing website trading activity
n

n

Reporting & Customer Experience

n

n
- Weekly reporting, competitor reviews and website QA
n
- Search testing, filter optimisation and customer journey improvements
n
- Returns analysis and using customer insights to improve product information and online experience
n

n

About You:

n

n
- 3+ years experience in eCommerce, Digital, Online Trading or Website Management
n
- Experience working within Shopify preferred
n
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals, metadata, product content optimisation and onsite search performance
n
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
n
- Commercial mindset with an interest in digital performance and online retail
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
- Fashion, retail or premium brand experience highly regarded
n
