n A Long-Established Strata Management Firmis seeking a professional StrataAssistantto join their friendly team in inner north Brisbane. Supporting a portfolio of well-maintained buildings, you'll enjoy a supportive culture, structured systems, and an incentive program that rewards additional hours and current business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Supporting a portfolio of approx. 40 - 65 strata schemes
n
- Attending committee and AGM meetings (including some after-hours)
n
- Preparing and distributing agendas, budgets, and meeting minutes
n
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and insurance renewals
n
- Advising committees on by-laws, compliance and governance
n
- Managing levy recovery processes and ensuring legislative compliance
n
- Building strong relationships with owners, committees, and service providers
n
- Using your own vehicle for on-site inspections and meetings
n

n

About You:

n

You'll be a confident communicator and natural organiser who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.



Whether you're already in strata or transitioning from property management or facilities administration, you'll bring professionalism and a client-first mindset.

n

You will bring:

n

n
- 1–3+ years' experience in strata, property, or building management
n
- Sound understanding of Body Corporate legislation (or willingness to learn)
n
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
n
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strata software
n
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
