Catering Project in Brisbane's Fortitude Valley is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead dispatch, logistics, and event set-ups across our quick-paced team.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will coordinate with kitchen, logistics and events teams to ensure safe, accurate and timely delivery of client outcomes, while developing SOPs and improving processes to drive efficiency.
