We're looking for a creative, energetic Content & Social Media Coordinator to help grow one of Australia's fastest-growing frozen yoghurt brands.

With 27 locations across Australia, we're building a brand that is fun, cheeky and entertaining. We need someone who loves creating content, understands social media trends and wants to help build a brand people genuinely want to follow.

This role starts at two days per week, with the opportunity for additional hours and days as the brand continues to grow.

Content & Social Media Coordinator (Part-Time)

About the Role

n

As our Content & Social Media Coordinator, you'll be responsible for planning, creating and coordinating engaging social media content that helps grow our audience and strengthens our brand.

n

You'll work closely with our Operations Team, franchise network and overseas video editor to bring fresh content ideas to life.

n

What You'll Do

n

n
- Film engaging content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
n
- Stay on top of the latest social media trends
n




- Plan and schedule content across our social channels
n
- Direct content shoots with staff, customers and franchisees
n
- Work closely with our Operations Team to showcase new products, promotions and store activations
n
- Collaborate with our overseas video editor to produce polished content
n
- Monitor performance and help grow our followers, engagement and reach
n
- Brainstorm creative campaign ideas that people genuinely want to share
n

About You

n

You'll ideally have:

n

n
- A creative eye for social media content
n
- Confidence filming and directing people on camera
n
- A strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok
n
- Excellent organisational skills
n
- Excellent AI skills
n
- A positive, energetic attitude
n
- The ability to work independently while managing multiple projects
n

n

Formal marketing qualifications are not essential. We care more about creativity, content instincts and your ability to understand what performs on social media.

n

Experience growing your own social account, working with brands or creating high-performing content will be highly regarded. A robust portfolio, TikTok account or Instagram presence may be more valuable to us than a traditional marketing degree.
