Representing some of the world's most exclusive automotive brands, you will deliver a highly personalised sales experience while building long-term relationships with our valued clients. Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential to effectively support our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete sales process, from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
n
- Build strong, lasting relationships with current and existing clients.
n
- Proactively develop sales opportunities through networking, referrals and prospecting.

- Maintain accurate customer and sales records within the dealership's CRM system.
n
- Consistently deliver exceptional service that reflects our luxury brand standards.
n
- Represent the dealership at client events, vehicle launches, drive days, and networking functions, including events outside standard business hours.

About You

n

n
- Proven automotive sales experience, ideally within the prestige or luxury vehicle market.
n
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
n
- Strong knowledge of the automotive sales process and the ability to confidently guide clients through high-value purchases.
n
- Confident and active across social media platforms, with a sound understanding of how they operate and how they can be used effectively.
n
- A polished, qualified presentation and excellent interpersonal skills.
n
- A genuine passion for luxury vehicles and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
n
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation and closing skills.
n
- A current Victorian driver licence.
n
- Full Australian working rights.
n
