Brunswick Private Hospital has been transformed into a 124-bedded state of the art rehabilitation and general medical, and mental health facility with extensive outpatient and community based services. Conveniently located in Melbourne's inner-city suburb of Brunswick, we provide specialist care for patients with medical, rehabilitation and mental health needs.

At Brunswick Private Hospital, our teams of professionals are committed to providing comprehensive medical and rehabilitation services that are designed to restore independence following surgery, illness or injury.

We are excited about re-opening our third rehab ward and looking for energetic individuals to support the multidisciplinary team as a physiotherapist on a permanent part time role on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and one permanent weekend day commencing immediately.

Selection Criteria

n





Degree in Physiotherapy and registration as a physiotherapist with AHPRA

n

2 years clinical experience

n

Competent with physical assessments, gait retraining and thorough documentation.

n

Competent in hydrotherapy

n

Highly motivated, accountable and enthusiastic

n

Sufficient weekday availability including weekends

n

Contemporary knowledge of best practice in physiotherapy care

n

Passionate about patient care and achieving quality clinical outcomes

n

Committed to professional and team development, ability to engage all members of the multidisciplinary team

n

Exceptional communication and organisational skills

n

Experience with rehabilitation

n

Previous experience in a Private Hospital setting

n

Computer proficient

n

An understanding of cultural diversity

n

Negotiation and conflict resolution skills

n
