Our client is a Leading Australian Export Company who have been established for over 40 years. Working as an integral part of a small divisional team, this is a diverse an interesting position working to timeframes coordinating export documentation based on customer requirements and shipping schedules. Your duties will include:

- Processing supplier invoices
n
- Processing export permits
n
- Obtaining Health Certificates
n
- Preparing forwarding instructions for shipping companies
n
- Ensuring documents are received from external stake holders in a timely manner
n
- Processing customer invoices
n
- Ensuring accounts receive copies of all relevant documentation
n
- Liaise with both internal staff members and external stakeholder i.e. customers, suppliers, shipping copies, Department of Agriculture etc
n
- Scanning & filing
n
n
To be considered for this position you will ideally have:
n
n
- Strong administrative background with excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
n
- High attention to detail & strong communication skills (both written & verbal)
n
- Good numeracy skills
n
- Excellent computers skills with experience using Excel
n
- Experience in export or logistics industry highly regarded but not essential. Willing to train the right persons with an administration background who is eager to learn
n

This is a permanent full-time office-based position with hours being 8.30am to 4.30pm. The salary guide is up to $65,000 + Super dependent on experience.
