Full Time Driver Trainer, Swanbank

Transit Systems (QLD) is expanding, and we want a Driver Trainer who's ready to do more than deliver sessions - someone who'll help us build the frameworks, resources and progression pathways that our training function needs as we scale.

About You

- Confident building and improving processes, not just following them
n
- High-level written and verbal communication skills
n
- Robust organisational skills and the ability to juggle conflicting priorities

- High attention to detail
n
- A great team player
n
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Qualifications & Experience

n

n
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
n




- MR or above Australian driver's license
n
- Driver accreditation
n
- A valid Working with Children Check
n
- Experience in the transport industry, ideally public transport/bussing
n
- Working knowledge of Heavy Vehicle and Passenger Transport requirements
n
- Minimum 3 years' previous training experience
n
