Job Description

Randstad Senior Finance are supporting a large business in the western suburbs who are looking for a high-calibre Interim Group Finance Manager to join their team for a period of six months. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will lead financial reporting, ensure statutory compliance, and drive process innovation within a large-scale, evolving business environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end preparation and review of year end requirements, including P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Board reports.
n
- Oversee the preparation and review of consolidated statutory financial statements for AU and NZ entities
n
- Lead the delivery of complex and technical financial reporting requirements
n
- Coordinate statutory audits and maintain internal regulatory requirements, including AASB16.
n




- Continuously assess and enhance financial systems and policies to elevate operational efficiency.
n

Required Experience & Qualifications

n

n
- CA or CPA qualified with a relevant degree
n
- Robust experience in Group Consolidations and complex Financial Reporting is essential.
n
- A background within a Big 4 firm is highly preferred to meet the technical demands of ASX compliance.
n
- Proven ability to lead and engage a finance team through periods of transformation
n
- Advanced financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting capabilities.
