This established financial planning practice is seeking an experienced Client Services Officer to join their close-knit team on a part-time basis. Working alongside experienced advisers, you will play an integral role in delivering a seamless client experience while helping to keep the advice process running efficiently from start to finish.

Key responsibilities will include:

n

Supporting clients throughout the financial planning process, from initial enquiries through to ongoing service requirements

n

Preparing and coordinating advice documentation, client correspondence and implementation paperwork

n

Managing appointments,



adviser schedules and follow-up activity while ensuring client records remain accurate and up to date

n

Liaising with providers, platforms and external stakeholders to keep client matters progressing smoothly

n

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a client service or administrative position, ideally within financial planning, wealth management or a professional services environment. Strong organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to build positive relationships with clients will be highly valued.
