Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking reliable and motivated Process Workers/Factory Cleaners to join the team at a well-established food manufacturing facility based in Burleigh Heads.

No prior experience is required, as full training is provided onsite. This is a great opportunity to enter the workforce or expand your skillset within a reputable company operating across Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role:

- Working in a food manufacturing environment
n
- Fast-paced production line work
n
- Ensuring product quality standards are met
n
- Factory cleaning and sanitation
n
- Forklift operation (for licensed candidates)
n
- Flexible roster with Day, Afternoon, and Night shifts available
n
- Shifts across Monday to Sunday
n
- Onsite training provided by industry leaders
n
- Easily accessible via public transport
n
n

- Availability to work across a 24/7 operation
n
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, physical environment
n
- Strong teamwork and ability to work independently
n
- Reliable and punctual
n
- Able to follow instructions and procedures
n
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
n
- Forklift licence and experience (highly regarded but not essential)
