- Mixed billing practice with high earning potential ($300-$350/hour)

- Flexible hours with no weekend or after-hours commitments

- 70% of billings with an optional hourly guarantee ($150-$170)

- Nursing support 3 days a week (increased to 5 days if more GPs join)

- Allied health services on-site (podiatrist, pathology)
