Optical Dispenser/Assistant - Full Time Position

The Optical Superstore is an Australian owned and operated business with over 35 years in the Optical Industry.

Our store at DFO, Cairns is looking for a full time Optical Dispenser to join the team. Our full time staff have the opportunity to complete the Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing.

While experience would be preferred, full training will be given to the right applicant, even if they are new to Optical Dispensing.

The position is full time, with some Saturday shifts.

The team you will join is experienced, friendly, helpful and committed to a happy work environment.

- Assisting customers to choose spectacle frames




- Assisting customers with the best optical lenses for their needs

The qualities we are looking for include:

- Ability to work as part of a team
- You will need attention to detail when entering data
- Keen to learn new skills
- Availability to work Saturdays
