Job Description

The Field Engineer performs activities associated with installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and servicing computer-related products, including but not limited to desktop/laptop computers, printers, and peripherals.

We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Airport Support Technician to provide on-site technical and operational support for key airport equipment and customer-facing technologies.

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a fast-paced or public-facing environment
n
- Experience in technical support, mechanical maintenance, or troubleshooting of equipment
n
- Familiarity with kiosk systems, bag-drop technology, or similar automated service devices
n
- Meets SLA requirements and ensures client satisfaction in all interactions
n




- Proven experience in a Deskside support workplace performing fault investigation, triaging, and resolution
n
- Ability to work in Rotational Shifts if needed
