Job Description

Dean & Ling, one of Australia's largest manufacturers with engineering and service operations across Victoria, seeks a General Counsel to lead the legal and governance function. You will provide pragmatic legal guidance on contracts, disputes, governance and compliance, while also serving as Company Secretary to the Board.

You are a trusted advisor with 10+ years in corporate or commercial law, able to influence stakeholders, manage risk, and navigate private or asset-intensive environments.
