Care Manager - Aged Care - South East Melbourne
n Redstone Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded not-for-profit aged care provider to recruit a Care Manager for a well-established residential aged care home on the Mornington Peninsula.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead a dedicated clinical team within medium sizedclinical unit, supported by an experienced Facility Manager and a strong leadership team.

- Monday to Friday role (7:00am–3:00pm, with flexibility for 9:00am–5:00pm if required).

About You

n

n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
n
- Previous experience as a Care Manager, Clinical Care Coordinator or senior clinical leader within residential aged care.
n
- Experience managing complex clinical care within a residential aged care setting.
n
- Experience supporting residents living with dementia or cognitive impairment is beneficial but not essential.
n
- IPC Lead qualification is advantageous, or a willingness to complete the training with organisational support.
n
- Strong leadership, communication and clinical decision-making skills.
n
- Sound understanding of aged care legislation and accreditation requirements.
n
