Food, Packaging & Supply Chain | First Grade Group

We're expanding into manufacturing and distribution across food production, packaging, and 3PL supply chains — and we're looking for a recruiter to build this desk from the ground up.

This is a focused, high-trust niche build — not a volume desk. You'll start by owning candidate supply, developing deep expertise in food production, packaging, and distribution environments, then grow into a true 360 role.

You'll be supported by a senior BDM, helping you develop the commercial side of the desk and accelerate your path to success.

What We're Looking For

- Experience in food manufacturing, packaging, logistics, or industrial recruitment (or robust operational understanding)
