Experienced Voice Picker & Tugger Operators

We are currently seeking experienced, reliable, and motivated Voice Pickers with Crown Tugger experience to join a high-performing warehouse team in Truganina & Derrimut sites. Immediate starts are available for suitable candidates.

Key Requirements:

n

- Proven experience in voice picking operations
n
- Essential Crown Tugger experience
n




- Consistent ability to meet KPI and productivity targets
n
- Strong work ethic with reliable attendance
n
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced workplace
n
- Strong commitment to workplace safety standards
n
- Physically fit and able to safely lift 15–20kg
n
- Available to work 5–6 days per week, including overtime when required
n
- No upcoming leave or pre-scheduled appointments
n

Shift Details & Pay Rates:

n

Day Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm

n

n
- May be required to commence from 5:00am
n
- $34.85 per hour
n

n

Afternoon Shift: 3:00pm – 11:00pm

n

n
- $38.81 per hour
n

n

- Full availability is required (no upcoming leave or pre-scheduled appointments)
