We are looking for caring, reliable, and motivated Casual NDIS Support Workers to join our growing team in various areas in:

North Brisbane

Gold Coast

About the role

n

Providing in-home care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and community participation

n

Developing and implementing individual support plans to meet each client's goals

n

Actively engaging clients in social and recreational activities to promote their wellbeing and independence

n

What we're looking for

n

Experience in aged care, disability or community services

n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients

n

Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges

n





A genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities

n

Requirements:

n

n
- Must be available for flexible schedule to accommodate varying shift requirements
n
- Must have Australian Driver's License & Reliable Car
n
- Must have Current NDIS Worker check or willing to obtain
n
- Must have a Paid Blue card or willing to obtain
n
- Must hold current First Aid/CPR certification
n
- Be able to provide 2 current/previous work-related references
n

If successful, the appointment to this position is subject to passing a NDISWC and having FULL working rights in Australia.

n
