About the Role

n

As Assistant Store Manager, you will:

n

n
- Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching and developing a high-performing retail team.
n
- Drive sales performance by delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving key business objectives.
n
- Lead by example on the sales floor, inspiring the team to exceed individual and store targets.
n
- Assist with roster management, recruitment, onboarding and team development.
n
- Monitor and analyse retail KPIs to identify opportunities and improve store performance.
n
- Ensure operational excellence, including inventory management, stock control and loss prevention.
n




- Maintain outstanding visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
n
- Take ownership of the store in the Store Manager's absence, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
n

About You

n

To be successful, you will have:

n

n
- Previous leadership experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader within fashion, beauty or specialty retail.
n
- A passion for coaching and developing high-performing teams.
n
- Strong commercial awareness with experience using retail KPIs to drive business performance.
n
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
n
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
n
- A hands-on leadership style with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
n
- Flexibility to work weekends, late-night trading and public holidays.
n
