About the job:

n

We are looking for our next Strata Community Assistant to join our Maroochydore team. The successful candidate will work with an experienced team and consistently promote the company's key values – Professionalism, Integrity, Respect and Trust.

n

You will be responsible for:

n

n
- Assisting the Strata Community Manager with the day-to-day management of the portfolio
n
- Providing support to our clients, which may be owners, onsite caretakers or committee members
n
- Document preparation prior and post meetings through an electronic cloud-based platform - agendas and minutes
n
- High volume client interactions - emails and phone calls
n
- Distribution of correspondence
n
- Attending meetings, where required
n




- Arranging quote requests and work orders for maintenance requests and compliance requirements
n
- High volume electronic filing of records
n
- Participation in internal and industry education programs
n

n

About you:

n

You will have the following skills and experience:

n

n
- Previously worked in a fast-paced office environment
n
- High level of computer skills, specifically with the Microsoft suite
n
- Strong administrative skills
n
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to multitask
n
- Excellent customer service skills
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
- High attention to detail
n
- Motivation to learn and succeed
n
- Positive attitude and personable
n
- Prior experience in either the Strata or Property industries would be beneficial, but not essential
n
