The Role

- Full carriage of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to settlement.
n
- Work closely with the firm's conveyancing team and maintain direct communication with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.
n
- Preparation of all documentation and correspondence.
n
- Search titles, apply for certificates, VOIs.
n
- Arranging settlements throughPEXA.
n
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely progression at every stage.
n
- Provide high levels of customer service ensuring clients are attended quickly and professionally.
n

About You

n

n
- A conveyancer or trainee.
n
- Residential conveyancing experience ideal.
n
- Able to handle files from end to end autonomously – neg.
n
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
n
- A positiveand enthusiastic approach.
n
- A high level of client service.
n
- Intermediate to advanced MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills.
n
- Proficient with conveyancing software ie Leap, Smokeball (or similar), PEXA, DOL and Info Track.
n
