About the Role

n

Due to continued growth, we are seeking 3 Factory Labourers to join our manufacturing team in Springvale. These are casual positions, typically working Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm. However, start and finish times may vary depending on operational requirements. Additional Saturday shifts may be available based on operational requirements. There is an opportunity to move into a full-time permanent role after 3 months for the right candidates.

This is a physically demanding, hands-on role working with concrete and steel in a busy factory workplace. Tasks include but are not limited to:

- Assisting with the manufacture of components for the building industry
n
- Operating hand and power tools
n
- Lifting, moving and handling materials safely
n
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
n
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
n
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
n
