Head Housekeeper Wanted! Mollymook Holiday Rentals

We're looking for an experienced Head Housekeeper to lead our cleaning team and help set the standard across the park. A hands-on role for someone who takes pride in high standards and enjoys leading a team.

What's involved:

n

Overseeing full turnover cleans between guest stays across all cabins

n

Leading, training and rostering the housekeeping team

n

Quality checking properties before guest check-in

n

Managing linen, supplies and stock levels

n

Kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, as needed alongside the team

n

Flagging and following up on maintenance issues with the maintenance team

n

Liaising with reception on changeover timing and guest requests

n

Maintaining cleaning schedules and standards documentation

n

About you:

n





Previous experience leading a housekeeping or cleaning team, ideally in holiday rental, Airbnb, or hospitality accommodation

n

Strong attention to detail and high presentation standards

n

Comfortable coordinating and motivating a small team

n

Own transport

n

Punctual, reliable and trustworthy

n

Versatile with changeover days (sometimes weekends)

n

Able to manage tight turnaround times between checkout and check-in

n

Basic computer skills for rostering and stock ordering

n
