Earnings: Up to AUD $900,000+ / £470,000 per year (public + private billing)

About the Opportunity

n

We are seeking an experienced Consultant ENT (Otolaryngology) Surgeon to join a high-performing surgical team in regional Victoria, just 90 minutes from central Melbourne.

n

This role provides an excellent blend of public hospital ENT practice and high-demand private work, allowing surgeons to build a full surgical caseload quickly while enjoying the lower cost of living and lifestyle benefits of regional Australia—without being far from a major capital city.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide a full range of ENT services including adult and paediatric care
n
- Perform elective and emergency ENT surgical procedures
n
- Participate in outpatient clinics, theatre lists, and on-call rosters
n
- Work collaboratively with anaesthetics, oncology, audiology & paediatric teams
n
- Supervise registrars,



trainees, and junior doctors
n
- Contribute to clinical governance, service improvement & CME
n

n

Candidate Requirements

n

n
- Medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent)
n
- Specialist qualification in ENT / Otolaryngology (e.g., FRCS(ORL-HNS), American Board, Royal College of Canada, European Board, FRACS-equivalent, or South African specialist credentials)
n
- Eligible for AHPRA Specialist Registration
n
- Robust communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
n
- Experience across both adult and paediatric ENT surgery desirable
n
