1300TempFence (Ready Industries Pty Ltd) is seeking a motivated Site Supervisor to join our growing Victorian Operations Team. If you thrive on leading teams, delivering high-quality projects, and maintaining strong safety standards — this role is for you.

About the Role

n

You will work closely with Project Managers to supervise and coordinate onsite installations and event projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to customer expectations.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Supervise and coordinate onsite project works and events
n
- Ensure all installations meet compliance and quality standards
n
- Manage OH&S; requirements and conduct toolbox talks
n
- Liaise with internal teams and site stakeholders
n
- Resolve onsite issues including stock discrepancies and installation challenges
n
- Complete site counts and assist with stock reconciliation
n
- Support logistics and warehouse coordination
n

What We're Looking For

n

- Solid understanding of 1300TempFence's systems and processes.
n
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, including clients, sub-contractors, suppliers,



and internal teams—ensuring clear expectations and smooth site operations.
n
- Strong knowledge of OH&S; practices.
n
- Competency in reporting, recording, and documenting stock on sites.
n
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
n
- High-level organisational and time management skills, with the ability to plan and execute a working week to maximise efficiency and output.
n
- Professional presentation and a customer-focused mindset.
n
- Strong team mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively and contribute positively to team outcomes.
n
- Comfortable leading and able to make informed decisions quickly, while enjoying challenges and working well under pressure.
n
- Ability to work some weekend and out-of-hours jobs as required, shared throughout the operations team as part of a rotation.
n
- MR Truck Licence
n
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence (essential)
