Job Description

wayss is seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner to join The Orange Door integrated team on a maternity leave cover basis. You will support families experiencing family violence and vulnerability in Greater Dandenong, Cardinia and Casey areas.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, delivering intake, risk assessment and safety planning, while mentoring staff and applying MARAM frameworks. A fixed‐term role offers a market-competitive salary and flexible work options.
