About the role:

Iconic Recruit are looking for a Retail Manager to join a respected industry leader in property management. Reporting directly to the Centre Manager, you'll play a key role in building and nurturing retailer relationships, tenancy management, and contributing to strategic planning across a small portfolio of shopping centres.

n

This role is perfect for an experienced Retail Manager or a solid Administration Manager ready to step up and make an impact.

Duties:

n

n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and key stakeholders.
n
- Support the development of annual business plans, budgets, and P&L; reporting.
n
- Oversee tenancy management, debt collection, and explore casual mall leasing and other income opportunities.
n
- Track monthly sales performance, coordinate reports,



and support KPI development.
n
- Assist in ensuring compliance and best practice in centre operations and safety protocols.
n

The skills and experience required for this role:

n

n
- 3–5 years' experience in a similar role – ideal for experienced Retail Managers or Admin Managers ready for the next challenge.
n
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting.
n
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
n
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
n
