Mort & Co Fertilisers operates a unique facility, employing cutting-edge technology to produce environmentally friendly, carbon-based product. This state-of-the-art facility is the first of its kind in Australia. The plant repurposes manure to supply sustainable, industry leading products to all types of Australian farms.

ABOUT THE ROLE
n We currently have an opportunity to Join the Mort & Co Fertilisers team in the newly created position of Administration Officer (Systems). This permanent full-time role will be based onsite at the Grassdale Fertilisers Manufacturing plant and be responsible for:

- Assisting with systems implementation, continuous improvement initiatives and inventory administration.
n
- Provide frontline administrative support for production operations including generating documentation, maintaining registers, supporting compliance, auditing and reporting.
n
- Supporting logistics functions including coordinating transport arrivals, preparing paperwork, and assisting with weighbridge documentation.
n
- Manage site reception duties such as greeting contractors, transport operators, auditors, and visitors, ensuring they follow site sign in and induction processes.
n

ABOUT YOU
n The key criteria for the position are:

n

n




- A diploma level qualification in business or administration is desirable but not essential.
n
- Experience in the agricultural or manufacturing industry is desirable but not essential.
n
- Intermediate skills in software navigation, including Microsoft Office and Enterprise Resource Management systems.
n
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
n
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
n
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced work environment and exercise strong judgement and make effective and timely decisions where required.
n
