- Support customer enquiries: booking appointments, basic info, and routing questions to the right person.

- Help with follow-ups and CRM updates (tasks, notes, next steps).

- Coordinate with workshop/ops for vehicle readiness and delivery preparation.

- Keep the showroom presentable: vehicles, signage, and daily basics.

- Assist with handovers, photos, and customer communications.

What you'll do

What we're looking for

- Strong communication and a friendly, skilled attitude.

- Good organisation: you follow checklists and you don't drop tasks.
n
- Comfortable using basic software (email, calendar, CRM).
n
- Reliable and punctual.

Nice to have

n

- Previous retail/hospitality/customer service experience.
n
- Interest in cars (JDM knowledge is a plus, not required).
n

n
