Requirements

Fred dispense trained is preferred

n

What you'll be doing (but not limited to)

n

n
- Supporting dispensary operations and prescription preparation
n
- Delivering excellent customer service and handling patient enquiries
n
- Assisting with stock levels, including receiving and organising inventory
n
- Labelling, packing, and organising medications accurately
n
- Maintaining pharmacy cleanliness, displays, and workflow
n




- Assisting with administrative tasks and record-keeping
n
- Participating in team training and development activities
n
- Supporting the pharmacist to ensure safe and efficient service delivery
n
- Ensure timely, safe, and friendly delivery of medications to patients in the community and aged care
n

n

Skills and Qualifications

n

n
- Prior experience in prescription dispensing using FRED.
n
- Ideally hold a Certificate III in Community Pharmacy or Cert II with dispensary experience
n
- Thorough understanding of S2, S3, and S4 medications
n
- Exceptional attention to detail
n
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
n
- Highly organized and methodical approach to tasks
n
