About the Role

n

Parts Interpreters work with customers to identify their parts needs within the Toyota, Lexus and Hino range of vehicles. Delivering a great customer experience,



working with other team members to ensure all customers are attended to in a respectful and professional manner; whether that be in person or remotely. We have a high level of training and support to give you the best chance of succeeding in your role.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately identify parts across Toyota, Lexus, and Hino vehicles
n
- Use catalogues and digital systems to interpret and source parts
n
- Receive and process parts orders efficiently
n
- Prepare invoices and assist with administrative tasks
n
- Foster strong customer relationships and loyalty
n
- Uphold safety and operational standards
n
