Scott Metals in Woolloongabba is looking for an experienced steel salesman to join our team!

Casual position with view to full time for the right candidate.

n

Thisrole involvesdealing with both the general public and account customers through counter sales and telephone enquiries.

n

Duties will include, but not limited to;

n

Prepare and follow up customer quotes and processing walk in sales/collections.

n

Responding to enquiries via phone and email.

n

Liaising with customers to interpret and complete their job requirements.

n

You will work closely withall internal departments to ensure the job is completed to the highest standard.

n

To be considered for the role, it is ideal that you posses the following;

n





Previous customer service/ steel sales experience is essential.

n

Excellent knowledge of the structual steel industry and its products.

n

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.

n

Please note that this not a typical sales role. This is a labor intensive job, we don't wear suits & shiny shoes, you will get your hands dirty.
