We are a growing remedial building contractor specialising in strata, commercial and residential remedial works throughout the Greater Sydney region. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality workmanship, excellent customer service and practical solutions to complex building issues.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Site Worker / Tradesperson to join our team on a full-time basis.

n

This role offers a variety of work across multiple projects, with no two days being the same. You will work both independently and as part of a team, carrying out remedial building works while maintaining a high standard of workmanship and professionalism.

Remedial - Multi-trade / Tradesperson

Typical works include:

n

- Cavity flashing installation
n
- Bricklaying and blocklaying
n
- Waterproofing works
n
- Concreting & Concrete spalling repairs
n

- Carpentry and general building repairs
n
- Leak investigations and rectification
n

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Complete works safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
n
- Read and interpret scopes of work and construction drawings.
n
- Identify and resolve problems on site.
n
- Work independently or under the direction of a Supervisor or Project Team.
n
- Maintain clear communication with clients, residents and the project team.
n
- Ensure sites are kept safe, clean and organised.
n




- Assist in supervising labourers and apprentices where required.
n
- Accurately complete daily job reports, timesheets and site documentation.
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role you will have:

n

n
- Experience across multiple building trades.
n
- A trade qualification (preferred but not essential for highly experienced applicants).
n
- Current White Card.
n
- Current Australian driver's licence.
n
- Experience in remedial building, strata maintenance or commercial construction.
n
- Ability to work unsupervised and take ownership of your work.
n
- Strong problem‐solving skills and attention to detail.
n
- Good communication and customer service skills.
n
- Ability to use a smartphone for job management, photos and timesheets.
n
