Seeking outstanding lawyer with extensive family law experience.

n

Must have outstanding people skills, ability to convert enquiries, an understanding of the FCFCOA Rules and court processes, and an ability to read and understand case law.

n

Must be articulate both in written work and verbal communications, and have the ability to communicate in a mature and confident manner. Court work experience essential, including interim hearings.

n

Experience with LEAP legal software will be highly regarded, but is not essential.

n

You MUST be admitted to practice, (be either employed or self-employed), understand and have a high standard of work and work ethic, have referees, and a positive outlook.

n

Full time or contract negotiable.

n
