Clinic Lead / 2IC (Clinic Leadership Pathway) – Body Catalyst – Armadale VIC

Body Catalyst Armadale is a small, high-performing clinic, making it the ideal setting for a 2IC ready to step into leadership or an experienced Clinic Lead seeking a close-knit team and hands‐on support.

You'll be fully supported with training, mentoring, and structured development, while gaining confidence leading a clinic and mastering our state-of-the-art, medical-grade technology.

The Role:

- Lead clinic performance, KPIs, and revenue growth.
n
- Deliver high‐quality consultations and treatments.
n
- Quickly learn and confidently use advanced, medical-grade technology.

- Drive sales through consult conversion,



memberships, and client retention.
n
- Coach and develop a small team to perform at their best.
n
- Support clinic operations, compliance, and standards.
n

About You:

n

n
- Currently a 2IC or Senior therapist ready to step up, or an experienced Clinic Lead.
n
- Proven track record in sales, consult conversion, and client retention.
n
- Strong service delivery skills with high attention to detail.
n
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new technology and systems.
n
- Confident communicator who leads by example.
n
- Beauty, health, or body sculpting experience highly regarded.
n
