About The Role
n
Join EDQ's Infrastructure Investment team and play a key role in delivering infrastructure funding programs and commercial agreements that support housing, infrastructure and economic development across Queensland.
n
n
- Manage and support infrastructure funding programs from implementation through to performance monitoring.
n
- Negotiate and administer complex infrastructure agreements with a broad range of stakeholders.
n
- Build strong relationships across government, local councils, utilities and industry.
n
- Prepare high-quality reports, executive briefings and recommendations for senior decision-makers.
n
- Manage consultant contracts, project budgets and funding agreement reporting.
n
- Review infrastructure components within local government planning schemes and contribute to policy reform.
n
- Support and mentor team members while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
n

About You
n
You're a commercially minded professional who enjoys building relationships, negotiating outcomes and delivering projects that make a tangible difference to Queensland communities.
n
n
- Experience working with infrastructure funding programs and/or commercial agreements.
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills across complex environments.
n
- Ability to analyse issues, develop practical solutions and manage competing priorities.
n
- Excellent written communication, including reports, briefings and executive correspondence.
n
- Experience managing contracts, projects or funding programs.
n
- A collaborative approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
n
- Qualifications in planning, property economics, infrastructure or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
n
