About the Role
n
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the delivery of exceptional service across our restaurants, weddings, and events operations.
n
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys leading teams from the floor, and is committed to maintaining high standards of hospitality. You will play a key role in daily restaurant service, wedding execution, and special events, ensuring every guest receives a seamless and memorable experience.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Lead and supervise front of house food and beverage teams across restaurant, wedding, and event services
n
Ensure consistently high service standards and guest experiences across all venues
n
Coordinate service operations, staffing, and floor management during busy service periods
n
Support the delivery of weddings and events, ensuring timelines and operational requirements are executed effectively
n
Liaise with kitchen teams to ensure smooth communication, service flow, dietary requirements, and quality standards
n
Assist with staff training, coaching,
and development to build a high-performing team culture
n
Monitor venue presentation, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards
n
Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally and efficiently
n
Complete opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and operational reporting as required
n
Ensure compliance with RSA, food safety, workplace health and safety, and company policies
n
Support management with rostering, stock control, and day-to-day operational requirements
n
Actively contribute to a positive team culture and lead by example during service
n
What We're Looking For
n
Minimum 4 years' experience in hospitality, with previous supervisory or leadership experience required
n
Strong food and beverage knowledge, including restaurant and event service operations
n
Experience working within premium hospitality, weddings, events, or high-volume venues
n
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
n
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Confident decision-maker who performs well under pressure
n
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to service
n
Current RSA certification
n
First Aid certification advantageous
n
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays in line with business requirements
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality management systems preferred
n
