Manon's is in the enviable location of the Queen Victoria Building. Taking up the townhall end ground floor café space, and inspired by the brasseries and bistros of France.

Open 7 days, morning until late, Manon caters to must-have morning coffee and pastries, through to lingering post-dinner drinks. Guests are spoilt with a culinary selection of French classics, curated wine lists, eloquent cocktails, and fresh seafood raw bar

Reporting to the Head Chef your training and responsibilities will include:

n

- Preparing and cooking food according to customers' orders
n
- Ensuring that all dishes created are of high quality and presented well
n
- Monitor costs with special regard to portion control, waste minimisation and stock control
n
- Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations,



safe work practice and having knowledge of allergy restricted food
n
- Carrying out quality checks on food supplies to ensure quality and freshness
n
