Job Description

Linfox is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to shape and drive industrial relations strategy across a diverse, blue-collar workforce. You will provide specialist guidance to management, support operational improvements, and manage relationships with unions, tribunals, and other stakeholders.

Based at our Kemps Creek HQ (NSW), you will lead investigations, support enterprise bargaining, and ensure compliance with Fair Work Act and related laws while safeguarding confidentiality and integrity
