Job Description

n

We're seeking a dedicated, client-focused, and highly skilled Massage Therapist to deliver outstanding treatments tailored to our guests' needs. We welcome specialists in pregnancy, deep tissue, or relaxation massage.

n

Flexible Shifts and Contract

n

n
- Flexible shifts available between 9 AM – 9 PM, including weekends
n
- Contractor position with a starting early August
n
- Work in a beautiful, modern, and supportive wellness setting
n

n

Your responsibilities include:

n

n
- Providing massage treatments to bathhouse guests: relaxation, pregnancy & deep tissue.
n




- Greeting guests and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained and that the guests' expectations are exceeded for their wellness experience.
n
- Turning over massage linen and cleaning the treatment room in between clients.
n
- Ensuring the massage facilities are clean, hygienic, safe and compliant at all times.
n
- Daily meeting with the Bathhouse Hosts to discuss feedback, daily schedule and new bathhouse initiatives.
n

As the suitable candidate you will posses:

n

n
- Passion for the health and wellness industry.
n
- Excellent massage and customer service skills.
n
- Qualifications in Massage Therapy (domestic & international are acceptable).
n
- A welcoming and calming personality. A positive, self-starter attitude with a drive to succeed and always perform to a high standard.
n
- Immaculate grooming, presentation and hygiene standards.
n
- Current Insurance, First Aid and CPR certification.
n
- The ability to be flexible to work weekends, nights, school holidays and public holidays as required.
