2026 promises to be our biggest year yet as we expand in Victoria and commence extending our reach across Australia. We're looking for driven tutors who bring energy, ambition, and a love of teaching. What You Will Do

n

- Teach — Deliver clear, structured lessons in your subject(s) that build understanding and exam technique.
n
- Coach — Motivate students to engage with content and develop study skills.
n
- Mentor — Share advice, anecdotes, and study strategies to build student confidence.
n




- Friend — Build genuine connections so students feel supported and inspired.

What You Will Bring

- High ATAR (99+) and strong subject-specific academic achievements (45 raw scores or equivalent study score)
n
- First-year university level knowledge or above in your subject(s)
n
- Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts
n
- Energy, empathy, independence and a proactive mindset
n
- A full academic year commitment with 10+ hours weekly availability
n
- Alignment with Contour's mission (Signed NDA and non-compete agreement required)
