About the Role

n

The prime focus of this role is to ensure the delivery of day-to-day Administration Support for the Field service department and Operations. This role reports directly to theNSWOperationsManagerof Mining Services at BTP.

n

Key Requirements

n

n
- Must hold a current Drivers Licence
n
- 2-3 years' experience within Administration preferred.
n
- Ability to engage with customers and suppliers
n
- Accounts/ Invoicing
n
- Data entry, archiving and scanning.
n
- Maintenance and accuracy of the capacity calendar
n
- Booking inductions/ assisting site access
n
- Ability to problem solve, assist, guide and improve process.
n




- Communicates professionally and effectively to all stakeholders (internal and external).
n
- Proactive, highly motivated with a collaborative team-orientated mindset.
n
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; Intermediate - Advanced Word skills; as well as, Intermediate - advanced Excel.
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.
n
- Ability to prioritise with excellent time management skills.
